We have published our corporate philosophy on the Corporate Philosophy page of this site. It is a letter signed by our founder and Managing Member & CEO, Masayuki Katayama, and it sets out the thinking that guides our management decisions and behavioral principles.
It has four sections, Our Essence, Fundamental Beliefs, Our Practice and Our Responsibility, and can be read in Japanese and English. Its first line is "The most difficult problems are the most interesting games."
We publish it because the letter itself commits us to "not keeping secrets, not hiding, becoming stronger through sharing." Anyone outside the company can now check whether our decisions follow it.
